Welcome to the Swamp
Wow I haven't been on here much. Apologies. I got swept up in other stupid things like gardening and I invited my friend out for a few days. Anyways.

I'm finally out at our other house. Snow is abundant. I actually drove through a snowstorm to get here yesterday which is... typical. My check engine light came on, Lord knows why but my vehicle seems to be running fine. I'm taking my mom to the mountains today so it better run.

Tomorrow my Dad is taking us to Jasper. He doesn't seem very... himself lately. My mom said he's probably depressed because for the first time in 30 years he can't work. I hope he works through it and realizes how he needs this break. He deserves to relax and fish and have fun. Hm.

Anyways. Maybe photos later. I take a ton of photos but none of them ever look very... nice. Hm. Still.

It's good to hear from you!! :)

My family does lots of gardening too - spring is always such a busy time trying to get the plants in and tend to the raised beds ect.

You seriously still have snow where you live!?!!! Omg I'd be dying, I'm so sick of snow.

Ah, thank you! We're trying to get our beds cleaned and buying pots since I want to Container Garden. We can't plant until June but, you know, have to get ready.

And yeah. It's one of the joys of living in the mountains. It's beautiful here beyond all reason but don't ever expect to live by the normal "seasons".

Container gardening sounds really nice! =) We have some raised beds, and a huuuge field behind our house. Our garden is way too big for me to enjoy working in it, but container gardening sounds nice and lovely! Yeah, seedlings always start a few months early but wow! June's a pretty late start to the growing season!

LOL. I live in Maine, so I understand it to a degree. We just lost the snow in our backyard last week, our house is always the last in a 500 mile radius to loose snow. But yeah. Mountainous areas aren't the best for normal seasons. Totally pretty though I'd imagine.

I'll take some of that snow. It's already getting way to hot here with horrible humidity. Hopefully nothing is wrong with your car and that engine light was just some weird incident.

I'd give it to you. This winter was /bad/ here and I'm so tired of seeing it.

I have no idea what's with my car. I haven't driven it since November so it could really be anything...
